Dirk Bakker (Dutch National Opera & Ballet) will explain the new EU legislation for theatre and Rolf Met will present co-production and rental production documentation that will be discussed in the group. Pyrotechnical issues and flame proofing will be a topic of discussion in order to start creating a technical standardised data sheet and the Finnish National Opera & Ballet and the Danish Royal Opera will both expose their different  in-house politics on the use of helmet. Pneumatic solutions and green theatre examples will also be presented to the group. Finally the forum aims to reflect on the future of scenography thanks to examples from the different houses and an input of from set designer at Helsinki City Theatre, Antti Mattila.
